Clean-up of abandoned manufacturing facility in Virginia Company went out of business and left a manufacturing facility abandoned. Worked closely with VA EPA officials. Tore down and cleaned a vertical tank farm in VA. Cleaned tanks with steam jets to convert waste from solid to liquid to pump waste out. 15 or more tanks had to be cut up. Had to identify and overpack and dispose of over 200 drums left on site.
