The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NH DES) is the state governmental body charged with monitoring the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste. Within the NH DES, the Hazardous Waste Management Bureau implements New Hampshire’s hazardous waste management program and ensures compliance.
